"Race to the Nexus" Episode Discussion

The Rangers, Dai Shi, and the Overloards all race to get to the Rhino Nexus. With each group trying to stop one another, only one faction will be able to unleash the Rhino Zord. The battle will extend from the air to the land, and a member from one of the groups will be destroyed for good.

-Carinsoar seems to be building a large object that has something to do with the Crystal Eyes.
-The Rangers will be using the Jungle Master Megazord with Bat Power to get to the Rhino Nexus.
-The Rangers will fight both Grizzaka and Carinsoar with their Megazords this episode, although not at the same time.
-The Rhino Nexus will deny Dai Shi from obtaining the Rhino Zord.
-Carinsoar is destroyed by the Rhino Steel Megazord.
-Dai Shi will discover his full Zakato power at the end of this episode.

The episode begins with Jellica passing by Dai Shi's prison cell, and realizing that he has escaped. Meanwhile, Carinsoar is ordering the Rin Shi to build some sort of giant object that has to do with the Crystal Eyes. Jellica walks in and reports to Carinsoar the bad news, that not only Dai Shi but also Camille are missing. The two tell Grizzaka, who of course is extremely angry. Grizzaka uses his Zokato power to form a giant cloud, and the three Overlords ride the giant cloud to the Rhino Nexus.

The Rangers finish packing their bags for the journey. They morph and form the Jungle Master Megazord with Bat Power. Our five heroes then use the Megazord to fly themselves to the Rhino Nexus. On their way down, they see Grizzaka's cloud pass them. While the Overlords and Rangers continue their air travel to the Nexus, Dai Shi and Camille continue their journey through the woods. Suddenly, a "Ground Snake" grabs Camille's leg from bellow. Dai Shi uses the power of the Control Dagger to fight the snake away. Now that the two are both safe, they continue their path, only to find the Overlords in their way. Dai Shi and Grizzaka fight, Grizzaka still proving to be stronger. Grizzaka uses his Zokato power to grow giant and destroy Dai Shi & Camille. The Rangers show up just in time, and a Megazord battle begins.

The Rangers switch to the Jungle Master Megazord with Shark Power, but it still does not seem to be enough against Grizzaka. Grizzaka transforms back to his normal size, and the three Overlords are about to destroy the Rangers when they are grabbed by the "Ground Snakes." The "Ground Snakes" pull them completly underground, buying the Rangers sometime to get to the Nexus. Carinsoar escapes from the "Ground Snakes" first, so he catches up to the Rangers. RJ tells Dominic to go ahead and stop Dai Shi while he and the other Rangers right Carinsoar. Soon, Jellica breaks free from the ground, and catches up to Dominic. The two are soon locked in combat.

Carinsoar uses his illusion powers to pit the Rangers against eachother, but Casey manages to use his Tiger instinct to pick out and attack the real Carinsoar. Soon, Carinsoar grows, and the Rangers summon their Megazords to fight. Meanwhile, Dominic still struggles with Jellica. Finally he charges up his Rhino Blade and slashes the Jelllyfish Overlord, buying him enough time to catch up to Dai Shi. Dominic shows up right when Dai Shi is placing the Control Dagger into the stone to unleash the Rhino Zord. But unlucky for Dai Shi, the stone rejects his evil. Dominic then takes the Dagger and places it into the stone, unleashing the Rhino Zord. As Dominic runs off to go help the Rangers, Dai Shi realizes that he had asorbed some of the power of the Control Dagger when it touched the stone, and that he had unlocked his Zokato powers.

After playing games with the Ranger's Megazords, Carinsoar defeats them easily. Dominic shows up just in time, and forms the Rhino Steel Megazord. He uses the Megazord to destroy Carinsoar once and for all. Dai Shi is glad to see one Overlord gone, and is excited about his new power gained during the adventure. The episode ends with Grizzaka rising up from the ground, ready to destroy all who stand in his way.

And also Carnisoar places 3 Crystal Eyes onto 3 pedestals saying "Snapping Turtle, White Tiger, Avalon Dragon" while placing them. He also says the stars are in perfect alignment.
