Joe Rovang, a legendary PR fan whose done the Writer's Guide to the PR Universe and the PR timeline, is doing a fan series called Power Rangers: Take Flight. His blog.

It takes place in 1992 and is an adaption of the 1991 Sentai series, Choujin Sentai Jetman. There will be ties to MMPR as a prominent MMPR character plays a pivotal role in Take Flight, but it will not trample on MMPR as it's in the same continuity, parallel universe. It's 40 episode long.
