Unknown really but everything points to Fall or sometime this year.

Every high the reason i think it has a chance to take alot of viewers away from PR is because Disney has been very lazy in their work and even in airing episodes so it wouldn't be hard for fans to get attached to KRDK and any other Kamen Rider series that gets adapted like Blade.
