They're all in continuity, yes. GX takes place a decade after the original, and 5D's is set an unknown amount of time after GX. |

Eh, not really. Their references to each other are sparse at best, they only seek to keep a consistency of in-universe logic and boundaries. So far, 5D's has made little reference to the past beyond displaying KaibaCorp briefly in episode one. |
