Heh, totally didn't see this thread. My bad.

Anyway....hm, I dunno. My real name's Harlan, I live in Ohio, and I'm 17. I like Power Rangers (obviously), big fan of cartoons and anime in general. I LOVE comics, so much I'd like to write them some day. I study comparative religion in my spare time, and I'm currently schooling to become a teacher.

That should be enough for now.

Yeah. That's interesting how you're schooling to be a teacher, but at the same time, you want to write comics. Very cool.

What sort of cartoons do you enjoy watching?

Mostly action, but I don't hate comedy. My favorite cartoon is Gargoyles, so that'll probably give you an idea of what I like to go for.

Currently, though, I'm mostly watching Spectacular Spider-Man, Transformers Animated, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's.

Right on. I've seen quite a bit of Gargoyles, that show is very dark and mysterious (in a good way). I mostly watch it in the summer, lol. I enjoy Spectacular SS also... good stuff.

Of all the ??? years you've watched Power Rangers, how would you compare Saban era to Disney era?

Clearly different styles, and Disney can't be properly compared because of the radically different styles of its two main showrunners (Sloan and Kalish).

So I'll refrain from giving this a proper answer because I don't feel like going really deep with it.

Color: Grey. Ambiguity, I feel, is extremely beautiful.

Drink: Water. All I drink is water and cranberry juice, and I treat cranberry juice like fine wine, so I drink it rarely. I don't drink soda or anything...I'd prefer with the natural life source that is water.

Food: Chicken patty sandwich with two slices of cheese.

Sport: Curling. Because it's the only sport that's entertaining to watch.

Music: Rock n' roll, but I like a little bit of everything.

Relationship: I be datin' a fella, yes.

And, I dunno, it's nothing really all that amazing. Most boys get to that age and start liking girls. I just started liking guys instead. Not much to talk about, really. Lol

Sarah Silverman. Her comedy's amazing, and she's actually a fairly pretty lady. I like the way her mind works, really: we share the same sense of humor and she seems like she'd be a blast.

Hmmm...

My manner of speaking tends to be unusual, and at school I tend to be sarcastic almost 90% of the time. People find that unusual, so I'll go with that.

Oh, well, there's was also this one time I lost a DDR match to a transexual. That was both unusual and awesome.
