New board updates

There have been some new things that the board will offer. The new updates are

-Renamed Forums/Catagorys

-New Anime Zone

-New Game Station

-Moved the Staff Area

-Removed Ranger Romance and add all the threads to the Morphin' Zone area.

Can we also add the General Discussion area to Order of the Claw? And rename OFTC to Discussion center? And also, Iron Ring and Sport Center can be removed and just add it as "Official" topics in GD.

Done. You can go ahead and make the Official sports and wrestling threads. You don't have to sticky them though. That'll determine if they're necessary.
